SCOTTISH LADIES GOLF - Representative honours for three Ayrshire players

Three young Troon Ladies Golf Club members have been named by the Scottish Ladies Golfing Association in a number of representative teams this week. 

Scottish Ladies Championship runner up Connie Jaffrey has been named in the six strong Scotland team  to contest the European Team Championship in Slovenia from the 8th to 12th July.

Connie Jaffrey (Troon Ladies)
Gabrielle MacDonald (Craigielaw)
Alyson McKechin (Elderslie)
Jessica Meek (Carnoustie Ladies)

1 Lauren Whyte (St Regulus)
2 Hannah McCook (Grantown on Spey)




Hazel McGarvie
Hazel McGarvie has been named as one of the six players who will bid for the European Girls team Championship which also takes place in Slovenia from the 8th to the 12th of July, whilst Emma Hale, winner of the Clark Rosebowl at the recent Scottish Ladies Championship, has been named as first reserve.

In addition, Hazel McGarvie will represent Scotland in the European Young Masters in Hamburg, Germany, from the 24th to the 26th of July, alongside Shannon MacWilliam (Aboyne)
