AYRSHIRE JUNIOR GOLF LEAGUE - Quarter final draws made

The quarter final draws in two of the Ayrshire Junior Golf League competitions were made on Tuesday night, 3rd June.

In the UNDER 16 KNOCKOUT TROPHY, four clubs received a bye into the last eight whilst another two received walkovers from their round one opponents.

In the quarter finals, due to be completed by 3rd August, Troon St Meddans, who were given a walkover in the previous round by Largs, are at home to Caprington who received a bye in the previous round.

Following an administrative error, Prestwick St Nicholas conceded their match to West Kilbride who are now at home to Troon Welbeck in the quarter finals, after the Troon side received a walkover from Prestwick St Cuthbert in the previous round.

Ballochmyle, playing their first tie in the competition this year, will be at home to Kilmarnock Barassie following the Barassie team earning a 2 - 2 draw away to Irvine in the previous round and winning through to the last eight in a sudden death play off.

The final quarter final match features two clubs who received a bye to that stage, Loudoun being drawn at home to Ayr Belleisle.
