AYRSHIRE WINTER GOLF ASSOCIATION - Arnott wins opening event at Dundonald

Robert Arnott (Bishopbriggs) mastered the testing conditions over the 6700 yds  Dundonald  Links course to win the opening fixture of the 2013 - 2014 Ayrshire Winter Golf Association schedule with a 72.

Last years Order of Merit winner Graham Fox (Clydeway) finished joint 2nd with a 73 alongside Jason McCreadie (Buchanan Castle).

Difficult pin positions added to the firm test that Dundonald normally offers.
 
Colin Peddie (Kirkintilloch) posted the best amateur score with a net 76  followed by Peter Boyd (Glasgow G.C) with a 77.
 
The next fixture in the schedule is atWestern Gailes on Wednesday 13th Nov.
