The Ayrshire fixtures in the 2011 West Of Scotland Inter County Leagues which were scheduled for Sunday 2nd October fell victim to the extremely wet weather encountered over the weekend.
The A team match against Lanarkshire, scheduled to take place at Colville park Golf Club, was called off early on Sunday morning whilst the corresponding Youths match, which was due to take place at Loudoun GC, was also an early morning victim of the torrential overnight rain.
Both fixtures are likely to be rescheduled for Sunday 25th October.
Next Sunday, 9th October, the A Team entertain Dumbartonshire at Troon Darley whilst the Youths travel to Balmore for the corresponding fixture in the Youths league.
