SCOTTISH DISABLED OPEN GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP - Alastair Berry wins national event

Alasdair Berry (Irvine Ravenspark) - pictured - continues to build a formidable reputation in Scottish Disabled Golf
circles with success in the Scottish Disabled Open Championship at Dullatur Gofl Club last week.

Rounds of 74, 76 & 75 saw Berry win the tournament before going on to represent Scotland in the World Disabled Team Championships at nearby Westerwood Golf Club, where the host were runners up to England.

In recognition of his successes, Alasdair has also been selected for the 4 man United Kingdom team to contest the World Disabled Scratch Championship in Sweden from 6th to 13th August, which will ensure a busy golfing schedule for Alasdair for the remainder of the summer.
