Irvine Ravenspark were the only Ayrshire club to qualify for the finals of the 2010 SGU Captains & Secretaries Championship from the regional qualifying competition at at Cathcart Castle on 17th August.
With the top eight clubs progressing to the finals, to be held at Murrayshall on Tuesday 21 September, the Ravenspark pairing of Ian McPhail and Tom McFarlane shared second place in the competition, just one shot behind the leading team.
