Irvine Ravenspark made a last gasp effort to snatch the semi final place from League 4 in the 2007 Ayrshire Summer League competition this week.
Ravenspark, trailing New Cumnock with only one match remaining, won their final tie at Troon St. Meddans by 4 - 2 to match New Cumnock's points total and snatch the semi final place by virtue of a better points difference (+3 to -1) over the qualifying matches.
Ravenspark now face the winners of Section 3, who are either Ballochmyle or Moorpark, in the semi finals.
The other semi final will feature Troon Welbeck and Irvine (Bogside).
