AYRSHIRE WOMEN'S HANDICAP LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP - Play under way in both qualifying sections.

Both qualifying sections in the 2025 Ayrshire Women’s Handicap League Championship are under way as clubs bid for a place in the semi finals in August.

In SECTION A, Kilmarnock Barassie lead the way after successive 4-0 home wins over Prestwick St Cuthbert and Troon Welbeck. Caprington presently lie in second place courtesy of 2-2 draws away to Prestwick St Cuthbert and Troon Welbeck in their opening fixtures.

In SECTION B, Largs opened their title defence with successive home wins by 3-1 against Ballochmyle and Loudoun, while Loudoun presently lie in second place following a 3-1 home win over Ballochmyle and an away win by 2.5-1.5 against Ayr Belleisle Ladies.
