AYRSHIRE WOMEN'S HANDICAP LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP - Fixtures progress towards confirmation of semi finalists

Fixtures in the two qualifying sections of the 2024 Ayrshire Women’s handicap League Championship are progressing to a conclusion by the 4th of August.

In SECTION A, Kilmarnock Barassie finished their fixtures with a 2.5-1.5 home win over Largs and sit on top of the table. They now will wait to see if one or more clubs can overtake them for a place in the semi finals.

With eight fixtures remaining to be played, present positions in Section A are:-

In SECTION B, title holders Caprington were awarded a 3-1 win after Royal Troon were unable to provide a team for their scheduled fixture and along with a 2-2 away draw at Troon Welbeck, it is Caprington who sit at the top of the table.

With Ayr Belleisle Ladies three home fixtures being the only remaining fixtures to be completed, present positions in Section B are:-

The winners and runners up in each section will progress to a home and away semi final and the winners of those will contest the final at Ballochmyle in September.
