AYRSHIRE JUNIOR GOLF LEAGUE - Competitions update

The various Ayrshire Junior Golf League competitions are progressing towards the finals next month, which will be held at Prestwick St Nicholas GC.

In the AYRSHIRE JUNIOR GOLF LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP, the final place in Section A is still up for grabs after recent results.

Ayr Belleisle had a 4-2 home win over Kilmarnock Barassie but their hopes were set back with a 4-2 home defeat by Prestwick St Cuthbert in their final league fixture of the campaign.

A recent 3-3 draw at home to Turnberry and an away defeat to the same club by 5.5-0.5 leaves Prestwick St Cuthbert’s hopes hanging by a thread, with just four fixtures remaining to be completed in the section.
