WEST OF SCOTLAND INTER COUNTY LEAGUES - Ayrshire launch bid for 2024 Youths and A league titles this weekend

Fresh from recent success in the West of Scotland Inter County Under 18 Boys' League, Ayrshire teams begin their bid for success in the West Of Scotland Inter County Youths and A leagues this weekend.

The Youths team are bidding to defend the Youtsh league title they won in 2023, and begin with an away match against Renfrewshire at Fereneze on Sunday, 15th September, while the A team, who last won the West League title in 2017, will be at hole to Renfrewshire the same day at Prestwick St Cuthbert GC.

As in previous years the youths league match features eight singles ties while the A league is being played this year under a revised format, with four singles and two foursomes ties.

The matches will be played on Sundays over the next five weeks, to determing the league champions this year.
