AYRSHIRE SENIOR MEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP - Spaces still available for Girvan on the 9th of July

Places are still available for the 2024 Ayrshire Senior Men's Championship which takes place on Tuesday the 9th of July at Girvan golf course.

Open to members of clubs affiliated to The Ayrshire Golf Association who are aged 50 or over on the day of the competition, the entry fee for the competition is just £10, and the handicap limit is 36.

The Sandy Provan Trophy and Ayrshire Senior men's Championship title will be won by the player returning the best nett score of the day

Prizes will be available on a handicap basis in three age categories, with a voucher also up for grabs for the best scratch score of the day.

There will also be two nearest the hole prizes and an optional twos competition.

The players returning the eight best scratch scores in the championship will also progress to contest the Ayrshire Senior Men's Matchplay Championship, with the final scheduled to take place at Royal Troon in August.
