AYRSHIRE MIXED GREENSOMES KNOCKOUT COMPETITION - 36 entries so far for new Ayrshire event, with closing date in four days.

The new Ayrshire Mixed Greensomes Knockout event which is being introduced in 2023 has attracted 36 entries to date, with four days remaining until entries close.

With a maximum entry of 64 pairs available, there is still time for further entries before the closing date.

Entry is open to any pairing of one male and one female golfer from any of the 65 clubs affiliated to The  Ayrshire Golf Association, and pairings can be from different clubs.

There is no restriction on the number of players from each club that can enter.

For the first year there is a introductory entry fee f £5 per couple.

Ties will be played, either home or away depending on the draw, throughout the season, with the final scheduled to take place during Finals day in early September.

Entry forms should be available from club secretaries, or can be downloaded via the appropriate link on the left side of the Ayrshire Golf Association web page, under the 'Entry Forms' heading.
