AYRSHIRE JUNIOR ORDER OF MERIT - Jamie Hay leads after opening local event.

The third counting event in the 2022 Ayrshire Junior Order of Merit, the first local junior open of the season, was played recently, with Jamie Hay (Ayr Belleisle) taking maximum order of merit points in the Golf South Ayrshire Junior Open at Ayr Belleisle.

A scratch score of 76 gave Hay maximum points, just ahead of Quintin Dunlop (Royal Troon) who carded a 77.

With nine further counting event, from a total of twenty three counting competitions, scheduled to take place by the end of July, the present positions in the Ayrshire Junior Order of  Merit are:-
