AYRSHIRE SCRATCH LEAGUES - Latest positions

Matches in the Ayrshire Scratch Leagues continue, as each of the league tables head towards a conclusion and title, relegation, and play off places are decided.

In DIVISION 1, the latest match played saw Ballochmyle fight out a 3 – 3 draw with their visitors from Turnberry.

With 14 fixtures still to be completed in the division the title, play off, and relegation matters are still all undecided.

 In DIVISION 2, Royal Troon have secured the championship title, and with no play off place from this section this year, the lone relegation position is still to be decided.

Troon St Meddans had mixed fortunes in recent matches, losing 5 – 1 at Largs but beating Caprington 4 – 2 at home, and with just three fixtures remaining, it appears that Troon St Meddans and Troon Portland will be battling it out to avoid the automatic relegation place.

Troon St Meddans host Largs whilst Troon Portland play Largs away, with the crunch match looking likely to be the clash between Troon Portland and Troon St Meddans over the Portland course in the other outstanding fixture.
