AYRSHIRE BOYS CHAMPIONSHIP - Entry date extended.

The entry date for the 2021 Ayrshire Boys Championship has been extended, with entries now being accepted until noon on Sunday the 1st of August.

The championship will be held, over 36 holes, on Thursday the 5th of August a Ballochmyle Golf Club.

The championship is open to junior members of any club affiliated to The Ayrshire Golf Association and the handicap limit for the event is 36. There will be prizes in both scratch and handicap categories. 

The championship trophy will be won by the player returning the best 36 hole scratch score. 

In addition the eight players who return the best scratch aggregate scores will go forward to contest the Ayrshire Boys Matchplay championship over the links at Prestwick Golf Club from the 9th to the 12th of August.

The entry fee for the championship is £10 and entry forms are available through member clubs or can be downloaded via the appropriate link on the left of this page, under the 'Juniors' heading.

Entry forms and fees will be accepted by conventional post or the forms can also be emailed to ayrshire.golf@btinternet.com and details for on line payment of fees will be forwarded by return.
