Largs GC have retained the Ayrshire seniors League for the
third successive season after a storming finish to this years competition.
Trailing the eventual runners up Ballochmyle, Large needed
to win their final three matches to ensure victory again in 2019.
A 5-0 home win over Kilbirnie was followed by a narrow 3-2
win away to Prestwick St Cuthbert and a 4 – 1 win in their final fixture away to Troon Welbeck ensured that largs retained the title.

The annual meeting of the Ayrshire Seniors League will take
place at Kilbirnie Place GC on Wednesday 9th October, and details
will be forwarded to member clubs by the League Secretary in due course
