The Ayrshire Junior Golf League competitions are all progressing towards the finals in early September.In the LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP, Kilmarnock Barassie lead Section A, ahead of Troon Welbeck and Ballochmyle.

In the UNDER 16 KNOCKOUT COMPETITION, Ayr Belleisle are the first team into the semi finals after a 2.5 - 1.5 away win at West Kilbride.
The remaining three quarter finals are due to be completed by 5th August.
In the CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS TROPHY competition Robbie Muir (Kilmarnock Barassie) is in the semi finals after a 1 hole victory over Sean Addie (Ayr Belleisle) in their quarter final tie at Kilmarnock Barassie.
The remaining three quarter final ties are due to be completed by 5th August.
Three of the four semi finalists in the WALLACE THORNTON TROPHY competition are now known.
Ayr Belleisle beat Loudoun 3 - 1 at Loudoun and 4 - 0 at Ayr belleisle for a 7 - 1 aggregate win to progress, whilst Ballochmyle received a walkover from Turnberry in their quarter final.
West Kilbride lost their away leg against Troon Welbeck by 3.5-0.5 but progressed after winning the home leg by 4-0 for a 4.5-3.5 aggregate result.
The remaining quarter final between Caprington and Kilmarnock Barassie is due to be completed by 5th August.
