Loudoun Gowf Club suffered their first defeat of the season
in Division 1 of the Ayrshire Scratch League on Friday evening, 25th
May, going down by 4 – 2 to their hosts at Kilmarnock (Barassie).
The match proved to be a very tight affair, with every one
of the six ties being decided on the final green.
In the other match played recently, defending champions
Prestwick St Cuthbert opened their home fixtures with a 4.5 – 1.5 win over Irvine
Ravenspark.
