10 Ayrshire clubs took part in the event, which was played in damp and testing conditions.
The Ayr Belleisle team of Sean Addie, John Lomas, Ruben Lindsay & John Kelly combined for a three score scratch total of 223 to take the Matt Lygate Trophy and title of Ayrshire Junior Team Champions by five shots from defending champions Turnberry.

The best individual scratch score of the day, winning the Prestwick Circuits Trophy, was recorded by Euan Feguson (Turnberry) with a score of 69, whilst the Carrick Trophy for the best nett score of the competition was won by Lyall Jack (West Kilbride) with a nett 66.

The winner of the voucher in the 0-9 handicap category was Christopher Hunter (Ballochmyle) with a nett 66 whilst Max barclay (Turnberry) took the prize for the 10 - 28 handicap section with a nett 69.
Prizes were presented to the prizewinners present, at the conclusion of the competition, by Ayrshire Golf Association President John Rushbury.
