GARY BRYDEN SALVER - First round matches completed in Scratch Club Team Knockout competition.

All the first round matches in the 2017 Ayrshire scratch club team knockout competition for the Gary Bryden Memorial Salver, have been completed.

Prestwick St Cuthbert had a 3 - 0 home win over Rowallan Castle to secure a home tie in round two against Kilbirnie Place.

New Cumnock were also 3 - 0 home winners, over Troon Welbeck, and will be at home to Brunston Castle who progressed with a similar scoreline at home to West Kilbride.

2.5 - 0.5 away wins for Kilmarnock Barassie and Troon St Meddans, over Irvine and Caprington respectively sees the pair meet n the third round at Kilmarnock Barassie.

The first round ties were completed when Crosshouse received a walkover from Prestwick St Nicholas.
