DOC THOM AYRSHIRE ORDER OF MERIT - Smyth still leads after eight events

Michael Smyth (Royal Troon) still leads the 2017 Doc Thom Ayrshire Order Of Merit after completion of eight of the twenty counting events.

The latest event was the McGilchrist Cup at Ardeer on 10th June where local member Paul Giffney took maximum points with a scratch 75.

The next counting event is The Amateur Championship ar Royal St Georges & Princes from 19th to 24th June.

The next local events are The Stone Trophy at Largs Routenburn on 1st July, The Brunston Castle Open on 8th July and The Gowf Cup at Loudoun on 9th July.
