AYRSHIRE SENIORS LEAGUE - Ardeer pip Loudoun to 2016 title

The destination of the 2016 Ayrshire Seniors league went to the final game of the season this year, with Ardeer eventually edging out Loudoun in the race for the 2016 league title.

Loudoun went into the final match at Kilbirnie Place looking for a 4 - 1 win to snatch the title from league leaders Ardeer, but in the event the final match ended in a 2.5 - 2.5 draw, giving Ardeer the league championship by a clear margin.
