AYRSHIRE BOYS GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP - Closing date for entries extended due to low entry numbers

The closing date for entries to the 2016 Ayrshire Boys Championship, due to be played at Loudoun Gowf Club on Thursday 4th August, has been extended due to the record low number of entries received by the closing date.

Entries will now be accepted until Noon on Saturday 30th July.

Players already entered will be advised of their tee times in the next few days.

Entry forms should be available through member clubs and can be downloaded direct from this web page via the appropriate link on the left of this page, under the 'Juniors Info and Entry Forms' heading.

Entry is £10 and is open to any member of a club affiliated to The Ayrshire GOlf Association who was under 18 on 1st January 2016 and has a handicap of 12 or less.

Subject to approval of the Ayrshire Golf Executive who meet this week, the championship will go ahead, regardless of the number of entries received, and prize levels will remain as in previous years.

Although the closing date has been extended, potential entrants should not that, under no circumstances, will entries for the competition be accepted on the day, and consequently the only way to play in the event is to submit an entry to the AGA Secretary by Saturday 30th July.
