Irvine Golf Club are through to the quarter finals of the new Scratch Club Team Knockout competition.
In their second round tie away to Rowallan Castle, Irvine secured the first two points on offer, with the remaining tie being agreed as a half to give Irvine a 2.5 -0.5 win.
In the quarter finals, Irvine will be away to either Kilmarnock (Barassie) or Crosshouse.
All remaining second round ties are due to be completed by Sunday 26th June.
