HANDICAP TEAM KNOCKOUT COMPETITION - Three more teams through to the last sixteen

Three more teams have booked their places in the last sixteen of the new Ayrshire Handicap Team Knockout competition in recent days.


Ballochmyle had a 2 - 1 win away from home against near neighbours New Cumnock and will be away from home again in the next round against either Braehead or NB Parkstone.

Drongan are also into round three following a 2 - 1 home win over Crosshouse. Drongan face an away tie in the third round against either Prestwick St Cuthbert or Troon Merchants.

The other club through to round three recently are Kilbirnie Place who had a home win over Troon Portland to progress. Kilbirnie will now be at home to either Abbotsford or Turnberry in the third round.

All other second round ties are due to be completed by 29th May.
