AYRSHIRE CHAMPIONSHIPS - 3 weeks left to enter major championships for 2016.

Clubs are reminded that there are just three weeks left to enter three of the Ayrshire Golf Association's major events in 2016.

Entries for the Ayrshire Champion Of Champions Trophy, Ayrshire Fourball Championship and the Ayrshire Scratch Leagues all close on 31st January.

18 clubs have entered their champions into the Champion Of Champions Trophy competition so far, who join the trophy holder, paul Moultrie, in the draw at the end of the month.

It is hoped that, at the very least, the entry will be maintained at last years level of 24 clubs, which gave four leagues of six teams in 2015.
