AYRSHIRE YOUTHS - Warm weather training in Spain

Five members of the Ayrshire youth squad are enjoying some warm weather training this week, as they prepare for their bid to regain the West Of Scotland Inter County Youths Championship in two months time.

Craig Telfer, Greg Telfer, Sandy Walker, Gary Morrison & Ally Berry jetted of to Spain and are pictured preparing for some intensive training to include experimental exercises in nutritional and liquid intake for the duration of the stay.

Youth team manager Robert Wilson is not in Spain with his team, as his invite from the boys appears to have got lost in the post, but wishes the boys all the best with their intensive training schedule and looks forward to the team reaping the benefits of the warm weather training when the West Leagues start in September........let's be careful out there !!!!
