AYRSHIRE JUNIOR ORDER OF MERIT - McKenzie leads title chase

Early leader in the Junior Order Of Merit 
Craig McKenzie (Troon Welbeck) is the early leader in the chase for the 2015 Ayrshire Junior Order Of Merit following completion of the first five of the twenty qualifying events.

Joint fourth place at the Byrne Howard Trophy at Royal Troon and a share of top spot with Jack Broun (Ayr Belleisle) in the Troon Welbeck Junior Open last week sees Mckenzie, with a 17.5 point lead from Jack Broun in second place.

Euan Ferguson (Turnberry), who was second at Royal Troon shares third place with Luke Murdoch (Loudoun) following Murdoch's third place in the West Of Scotland Boys Championship this week.

The next two counting event is the Largs Junior Open on Thursday 9th July whilst next week sees a further two events with the Loudoun Junior Open on Monday 13th July and the Turnberry Junior Open on Thursday 16th July.
