The agenda, reports, accounts and budget proposals for the forthcoming year have been sent by email to all member clubs today, in preparation for the 2014 Ayrshire Golf Association AGM.The AGM is scheduled to be held at Caprington GC on Tuesday 21 October at 7.30 p.m..
It would be helpful if clubs could advise the AGA Secretary if they intend to be represented at the meeting, and if possible provide the names of their representatives.
Any club who has not received the relevant paperwork by email should contact the AGA Secretary
