Ideally the Scratch Leagues would benefit from another five member clubs taking part, which would take each league to 6 teams.
If any member clubs would like to consider entering a team next year, further details can be obtained from The Secretary.
Entry forms for the 2014 competition will be sent to all member clubs in due course.
