AYRSHIRE LADIES COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP - Results of wednesday matchplay

The first round and quarter finals of the Ayrshire Ladies' County Golf Association Championship were played on Tuesday 9th April at Irvine (Bogside) Golf Course.

The results were :-

First Round

Emma Hale (Troon Ladies) beatt Linda Parry (Irvine) 7 and 6

Pauline Patrick (Irvine) beat Sheila Adams (Loudoun) 7 and 6

Audrey Thompson (Loudoun) beat Catherine Malcolm (St Nicholas) 5 and 4

Roz Purdom (St Nicholas) beat Katie McGarva (Troon Ladies) 1 hole

Hazel McGarvie (Troon Ladies) beat Rachel Irvine (Largs) 3 and 2

Jane Finnie (Troon ladies) beat Liz Keohone (Loudoun) 7 and 6

Jenny Linklater (Largs) beat Catherine Garrett (West Kilbride) 3 and 2

Connie Jaffrey (Troon Ladies) beat Jill West (Irvine) 5 and 4

 

Quarter Finals
Emma Hale beat Pauline Patrick 8 and 6

Audrey Thompson beat Roz Purdom 6 and 5

Hazel McGarvie beat Jane Finnie at 19th

Connie Jaffrey beat Jenny Linklater 6 and 5

 

The semi finals and final are scheduled to be completed today (Wednesday)
