FLIGHTSCOPE AT PRESTWICK - State of the art custom fit equipment now available for booking

The FlightScope Custom Club Fitting service is now available from David Fleming, PGA Professional at Prestwick Golf Club, where the state of the art club fitting analysis equipment will allow players, in conjunction with the resident professional, to have a full analysis of their swing carried out.

 

The FlightScope X2 radar custom fit allows players to bring their own clubs and undertake testing to  compare launch angle, club head speed, ball speed and spin rate against this year’s TaylorMade, Titleist and Ping equipment.

 

Questions that arise and can be assessed by analysis on the FlightScope equipment include :-

·        Are you using the right equipment?

·        Can the pros find you 10 - 20 extra yards?

It is thought that at present 80% of golfers are using the wrong loft on their driver, so it may be worthwhile to check your swing on the FlightScope equipment and see if your clubs are right for you. 

 

One advantage of the FlightScope systenm is that it can be set up in 30 seconds and at Prestwick it will be used outdoors on the practice area or golf course.

 This is one of only two of the systems available in the West Coast of Scotland, with the other being a tthe indoor facility at Turnberry.
