Two more clubs have joined Ayr Dalmilling in the quarter finals of the 2012 Ayrshire Fourball Championship.Willie Morgan & Willie Morgan Jr. (Irvine Ravenspark) came out on top in their local derby clash at Ravenspark against Ricky Black & Keith Fairley (Irvine), winning by 7 & 6 to book their place in the last 8, where they face a home match against either Skelmorlie or Doon Valley.
In the other tie played recently, Robert Marshall & Philip Rooney (Beith) beat thier visitors, Michael & Stephen Holland (Troon Welbeck) by 8 & 6 to go through to a quarter final home match against either Crosshouse or Maybole.
The remaining 3rd round matches, due to be completed by 24th June, are :-
