In Division 1, newcomers Ballochmyle suffered their third successive defeat with a 4 - 2 reverse away to Loudoun.
In the two other matches played recently in Division 1, honours were shared in 3 - 3 draws between Troon Welbeck and Irvine, and Irvine and Loudoun.
In Division 2, Ayr Belleisle opened their campaign with a 3.5 - 2.5 home win over Caprington whilst Ardeer also got off to a winning start with a 3.5 - 2.5 win away from home at New Cumnock.
The other result notified recently was in Division 3 where Troon St Meddans had a 4 - 2 home win over newly promoted Prestwick St Nicholas in their opening fixture.
