The schedule of counting events for the 2012 Ayrshire Order Of Merit for the Doc Thom Salver has been published.The 15 event schedule begins with the Ayrshire Strokeplay Championship at Prestwick St Nicholas in April and concludes in mid September at the same course with the Arrol Cup.
Included in the counting events this year is the new 36 hole scratch event at Loudoun Gowf Club, the Gowf Cup, which is scheduled for Sunday 8th July and replaces the Loudoun Open in the list of Doc Thom counting events.
