AYRSHIRE JUNIOR ORDER OF MERIT - Wilson still leads the way

Scottish Boys Champion David Wilson (Troon Welbeck) remains in a clear lead in the 2011 Ayrshire Junior Order Of Merit as the results from Junior Opens in July are coming in.

Recent results recorded include the Junior Open competitions at Largs, Royal Troon, Kilmarnock (Barassie) Prestwick St Cuthbert and Annanhill.

Wilson consolidated his place at the top of the table with runner up spot at St Cuthbert, 3rd at Annanhill, 4th at Largs and 6th at Royal Troon.

The main challenger to David Wilson is Ayrshire Boys Champion Charlie MacNeal (Troon Welbeck) who took first place at St Cuthbert, 3rd at Kilmarnock (Barassie), 3rd at largs and 4th at Roral Troon.

Results from 6 of the 19 counting events have now been recorded, with the points from the events already played at Troon Welbeck, West Kilbride and Loudoun still to be added.
