Ayrshire's sole representatives in the 2010 Secretaries & Captains competition finished in a creditable eighth position in the field of 40 clubs who contested the grand final, played at Murrayshall on Tuesday 21st September.
The ayrshire pair finished just four shots adrift of the winners Downfield.
