With around half the matches played in both the first and second divisions of the West Of Scotland Ladies Inter Club League for The Greenlees Trophy, local sides are well placed.
In recent fixtures in Division 1, Kilmarnock (Barassie) had a 5 - 4 win away from home against near neighbours West Kilbride whilst Troon Ladies suffered a 6 - 3 defeat at Kilmacolm.
Kilmarnock (Barassie) presently lead the nine clubs in Division 1 with 25 pts whilst West Kilbride lie third with 23 points and Troon Ladies are in sixth place on 17 pts.
In Division 2, Prestwick St Nicholas have had no matches recently and remain in fifth place amongst the nine clubs with 18.5 points.
