AYRSHIRE SUMMER LEAGUE - Latest positions


In LEAGUE 1, Irvine lead the way from close rivals Ravenspark following a 6 - 0 home win over Maybole. Ravenspark kept up the pressure on their neighbours with a 5.5 - 0.5 win at maybole in their last fixture.

Present positions are :-

Irvine - played 4 - 14 pts
Ravenspark - played 3 - 8 pts
Maybole - played 4 - 4 pts
Caprington - played 3 - 2 pts

In LEAGUE 2, Loudoun lead after a 3.5 - 2.5 win away to Ballochmyle and a 5 - 1 home win over Prestwick St. Cuthbert. Troon Welbeck recorded their first win of the season with a 3.5 - 2.5 home win over Ballochmyle.

Present positions are :-

Loudoun - played 3 - 12 pts
Prestwick St Cuthbert - played 3 - 8 pts
Troon Welbeck - played 3 - 4 pts
Ballochmyle - played 3 - 0 pts

In LEAGUE 3, Ayr Belleisle are just ahead of Turnberry after a 6 - 0 home win over New Cumnock and a 3 - 3 draw at Troon St Meddans. Turnberry maintained their hopes with a 3.5 - 2.5 win at home to St Meddans.

In LEAGUE 4, the two teams remaining will play the return match to decide the qualifier on 2nd July. Kilbirnie Place lead West Kilbride 3.5 - 2.5 after the first leg

In LEAGUE 5, Largs lead the way after successive 5 - 1 home wins over Tam O Shanter and Beith in their last two matches.
