Ayrshire Ladies' Champion Lesley Hendry (Largs Routenburn) - pictured right - was fifth in the SLGA Champion Of Champions Tournament on Sunday 11th October at Glasgow Gailes.
In very windy conditions, on the course she won the Ayrshire title on earlier in the year to qualify to represent the county in the Champions event, Hendry returned a creditable 83 which left her just three shots adrift of the winner Kylie Walker (Buchanan castle), the Dumbarton & Argyll title-holder.
