The 2009 Ayrshire Fourball Championship is down to the last four, after the last outstanding quarter final was completed on Friday.
In the match, Scott McCahill & David Wallace (Maybole) defeated their visitors, Joe Howie & John McMillan (Ardeer) at the first extra hole.
The other quarter final in the lower half of the draw also saw a win at the 19th hole when Douglas Mckinnon & Kevin Ottley (Ayr Belleisle) beat John Byrne & Colin Greenham (West Kilbride)
The full semi final draw reads :-
Kenneth Hankinson and Gibby Lamont (Ballochmyle) play Gary Jordan & Douglas Anderson (Ardeer)
whilst
Scott McChahill and David Wallace (Maybole) face Douglas McKinnon & Kevin Ottley for a place in the final.
Semi final ties are due for completion by 6th September
