The 2009 Ayrshire Boys Matchplay Championship will be held at Prestwick Golf Club from 13th to 15th August.
Contested by the best 8 players in the Ayrshire Boys Championship which took place at Irvine Ravenspark Golf Club on Thursday, the cut for the Matchplay event this year fell at 152.
The new Ayrshire Boys Champion Colin Robinson (Largs) is unavailable for the matchplay as he is playing in the British Boys Championship next week.
The first round draw for the Matchplay, to be played on Thursday 13th August is :-
1630 - Cameron Mclean (West Kilbride) Vs. Sean Thorburn (Ayr Belleisle)
1640 - David Wilson (Troon Welbeck) Vs. Andrew Wright (Kilmarnock Barassie)
1650 - Alasdair McDougall (West Kilbride) Vs. Jared Williams (Kilmacolm)
1700 - Euan Walker (Kilmarnock Barassie) Vs. Chris Butler (Irvine Ravenspark)
