WEST LADIES JAMBOUREE - Ayrshire bid for final place this week

The Ayrshire ladies team travel to Strathaven this week to contest the West Division Inter County Jambouree, bidding to win through to the finals in September at Baberton in Edinburgh.

Matches take place from Monday to Wednesday, with Ayrshire facing Dumbarton & Argyll in their first match on Monday.

The teams from the four counties involved are :-

AYRSHIRE - Catherine Malcolm (Prestwick St. Nicholas), Lesley Hendry (Largs Routenburn), Rachel McQueen (Troon Ladies), Lesley Williamson (Kilmarnock Barassie), Audrey Thompson (Loudoun), Liz Keohone (Loudoun), Jennifer Linklater (Largs), Alex Glennie (Kilmarnock Barassie).

DUMBARTON & ARGYLL - Suzanne Cadden (Cardross), Lorraine Campbell (Cardross), Helen Faulds (Douglas Park), Nichola Ferguson (Clober), Anne Laing (Vale of Leven), Laura McGeachy (Windyhill), Jill Meldrum (Dullatur), Louisa Ruane (Cardross).

LANARKSHIRE - Elaine Cuthill (Lanark), Angela Devine (Hamilton), May Hughes(Lanark), Lesley Lloyd (Hayston), Fiona Norris (Hamilton), Ruth Rankin (Lanark), Joanna Scott (Cathkin Braes), Susan Wood (Drumpellier)
