MAYBOLE OPEN - Places available on Sunday 7th June

The 2009 MAYBOLE OPEN GOLF COMPETITION, sponsored by John Cuthbert Groundworks, will be held on SUNDAY 7TH JUNE over the Memorial park course.

Three trophies are played for during the event, the Valspar Cup (best scratch), the Kidd Cup (best nett) and the Ranch Cup (long drive).

The undernoted prize vouchers will also be presented to the successful competitors :-

Best scratch - £ 80.00
1st class(scr - 9) = 1st £80.00, 2nd £40.00 ,3rd £20.00
2nd class(10-18) = 1st £80.00, 2nd £40.00,3rd £20.00
3rd class(19-28) = 1st £80.00,2nd £40.00,3rd £20.00

There will also be a £ 50 hole in one prize as well as nearest the pin prizes.

The competition will be 18 holes strokeplay and all entrants must have an SGU handicap. The Minimum age for competitors is 18years.

The Entry fee is £7.00 and there will be an optional sweep.

Players can enter the competition by simply turning up on the day and registering with the club officials.

First tee-off is at 8.00 am and the last tee-off is at 3.30 pm (approx)

Snacks will be available at the clubhouse.
