The semi final line up for the 2008 Ayrshire Junior Champion Of Cghampions competition is almost complete, after recent matches.
In the quarter finals Gary Patterson (Ballochmyle) received a walkover from Andrew Abercrombie (Largs) and now faces a trip away from home to play Sean Thornton (Ayr Belleisle)in the semi finals.
Ayrshire Matchplay Champion Malcolm Pennycott had a 4 & 3 away win over Martin Ronald (Irvine Ravenspark)in the quarter finals and now has a home match against Jamie Acheson (Largs Routenburn) or Charles Doyle (Troon Welbeck) in the semi finals.
Semi final matches are due for completion by 7th September with the final scheduled to be played at Caprington on Sunday 28th September.
