AYRSHIRE JUNIOR ORDER OF MERIT

John Shanks (Ardeer) extended his lead in the 2006 Ayrshire Junior Order Of Merit with a second place at the Ballochmyle Boys Open last week. Malcolm Pennycott (Whiting Bay) took top spot, which moved him up to 6th place overall in the 2006 table.

There is only one qualifying event left in this years competition, the Beith Boys Open on Sunday 27th August.

NOTE :- The points for the WEST KILBRIDE and KILBIRNIE PLACE boys open competitions are not yet included in the table, as the results of these events are still awaited from the respective organisers.
