For the first time this year The Ayrshire Golf Association will be hosting a charity golf day, in aid of the Area President's preferred charity for 2024 - 2025, Ayrshire Cancer Support.
The texas scramble event will be held at Rowallan Castle GC on Friday the 13th of September.
Entry is £200 for a team of four players and includes a hot buffet meal after the round, and a chance to beat the pro on the famed 19th hole on the course.
Teams can be any combination of male and female golfers, including juniors. There will be prizes awarded on both a scratch and handicap basis, as well as novelty prizes during the championship.
Tee times will be available, on a first come first served basis, from 08.30 to 12.30
The Association hope that players will support this event for the benefit of a a very worthwhile local charity.
If anyone would like to donate prizes to support the event, they should contact Liz keohone or the Area Secratary, and all such syupport would be gratefully received.
