PAUL LAWRIE LADIES TARTAN TOUR - Entries for Dundonald fixture close this week.

Friday May 30th is the closing date for the next 36-hole event on the Paul Lawrie Golf Centre Ladies Tartan Tour at Dundonald Links Golf Club on June 8 and 9.
 
The tournament is open to any lady professional and to all female amateurs with a single-figure handicap.
 
There at 16 entries at the moment, including Laura Murray, winner of the £2,500 first prize in the Tour event at Murcar Links on May 8-9.

The entry fee is £75. Non PGA-professionals have to pay a £70 affiliation fee to the PGA in Scotland. For amateurs the affiliation fee is £40 which covers the remaining tournaments on the tour schedule.
 
Entries have to be made through the PGA in Scotland HQ at Gleneagles.
 
PGA professionals can enter as normal through the Bluegolf system. All other players, professional and amateur, should phone the PGA in Scotland office on 01764 661840
There is a guaranteed £6,000 prize fund with £2,500 to the winner, £1,250 to the runner-up and £750 to the player who finishes third. The top 10 and ties will receive prizemoney. 
 
Should an amateur finish in the top 10 she will earn the equivalent prize voucher value to what a professional would receive in that placing, except that the Rules of Amateur Status would limit any voucher to £500 in value.
 
Order of Merit points are also there to be won. The leading professional in the table after the Tour championship at Marriott Dalmahoy on September 10 and 11 will have her flights and hotel expenses paid for the 2014 Ladies European Tour Q School in Morocco.
