AYRSHIRE MEN'S STROKEPLAY CHAMPIONSHIP - Entry forms now available for Western Gailes

The 2023 Ayrshire Men's Strokeplay Championship will be held at Western Gailes on Sunday the 30th of April and entry forms are now available.

The handicap limit is 3 for the championship, which again is a World Amateur Golf Rankings qualifying competition.

Entry forms can be downloaded from the appropriate link on the left of the Ayrshire Golf Association web page, under the 'Entry Forms' heading, and can also be obtained through club secretaries, and direct by email from the Area Secretary.

Entry fee is £25 and entries close on Saturday the 8th of April.

Players should note that, due to an unfortunate date change by the organisers of the tournament, the Strokeplay Championship this year clashes with the playing of the Edward Trophy at Gailes Links.

The players returning the best 16 scratch returns in the Ayrshire Men's Strokeplay Championship will go forward to contest the Ayrshire men's Matchplay Championship title at Loudoun Gowf Club from the 8th to the 11th of May.
